Slow cooker pork roast or chops

Ingredients

    1 large onion
    32 oz baby carrots
    2 1/2 pounds bonless pork roast or 8 5-oz chops
    1 c hot water
    1/4 c white sugar
    3 tbsp red wine vinegar
    2 tbsp soy sauce - lite
    1 tbsp ketchup
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp garlic powder

Directions

Arrange onions slices evenly over bottom of slow cooker, then place pork on top.
In bowl, mix together water, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, ketchup, pepper, salt and garlic powder.
Pour over pork.
Add baby carrots
cover and cook on low for 6-8 hrs or High for 3-4 hrs.
