1 tablespoon coconut oil
2 cup(s) milk, fat-free
12 ounce(s) milk, fat-free evaporated
1 1/2 teaspoon honey
1/2 teaspoon salt, sea
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
2 1/2 cup(s) oats, old-fashioned, uncooked
3 tablespoon nuts, almonds, raw, sliced
Reduce the heat to low and stir in the oats. Cook, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until oatmeal is thick and creamy.
Spoon the oatmeal into serving bowls and sprinkle with almonds. Serve hot.
