Ingredients

    Konjac Shirataki, Zucchini, Red Bell Pepper, Walnuts, Feta Cheese, Olive Oil, Salt, Pepper

Directions

Rinse Shirataki with warm water for 3-5 minutes, dry with towel.
Slice Zuchini and Pepper.
Warm olive oil in a frying pan, add zucchini, pepper, walnuts, salt pepper. Cook until zucchini is as soft as you like it.
Add Shiratki and feta. Toss, serve.
