Salad de Floret

Ingredients

    2 cups cauliflower
    2 cups broccoli
    3/4 cup buttermilk
    1/2 cup cottage cheese
    1-1/2 t. dillweed, dried
    1/2 t. black pepper
    1 t. soy sauce

Directions

Wash and break florets from cauliflower and broccoli. Place into large bowl and set aside. In a blender or food processor, blend buttermilk, cottage cheese, dillweed, pepper, and soy sauce until smooth. Pour dressing over florets and toss well.
