Ingredients

    Barilla Plus Rotini (2 oz, 56 grams), 6 oz (remove)
    starkist chunk light Tuna in water (6 oz), (remove)
    *Mushroom, Fresh (1 Cup), 1 serving (remove)
    Peas, frozen, 0.5 cup (remove)
    Sour Cream, reduced fat, 1 cup (remove)
    Kraft Miracle Whip Fat Free Dressing, 1/4 c. (remove)
    *Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 1 tsp (remove)
    Cilantro, raw, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Celery, raw, 1 stalk, small (5" long) (remove)
    *Soy Milk Plain Light, 1/4 c. (remove)
    Salt, 1/4 tsp (remove)
    Pepper, black, 1/8 tsp (remove)
    *Kraft 2% Milk Colby & Montery Jack Shredded Cheese, 0.25 cup (remove)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

Cook rotini accoding to package directions without adding salt; drain and transfer to large bowl. Fold in tuna mushrooms, peas, and celery.

whisk together sour cream, miracle Whip, mustard, cilantro, salt, and pepper in a seperate bowl; fold into rotini mixture. Transfer to 3 qt. casserole dish;top with cheese. Bake for 30 min. @ 350 or until bubbley and golden. Yields 6 (1 cup) servings
