Ingredients



    * rice dream vanilla rice milk, 1 cup (remove)
    * Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), 1 cup, unthawed (remove)
    * **Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 1 tbsp (remove)
    * Spinach, fresh, 1 cup (remove)

Directions

Blend spinach with 1/2 cup of rice dream (or vanilla soy milk or Almond Breeze). Add blueberries. Blend. Add flax. Blend. Enjoy!
