1 Full Box Zoom Cearal (uncooked) Wheat
4 Cups Regular rolled oats
2 Cups untoasted wheat germ
2 cups flaked coconut (untoasted and unsweetened)
1 1/2 cups raw shelled sunflower seeds
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup sesame seeds, (raw or toasted)
1 cup almonds (raw)
1/2 cup extra light olive oil
3/4 cup honey
2 teas Vanilla
1/2 cup dates
1/2 cups dried apricots
Makes about 14 cups.
