    4 C flour
    1.25 tsp salt
    2 tsp sugar
    2 Tbls Olive Oil
    2.25 tsp yeast

Directions

let rise 1.5 hrs. bake in preheated oven at 400 - 450 degrees. a baking stone preheated works best. bake for 6 - 10 minutes.

  • It should be noted that the recipe makes two 14" pizza crusts. Also, you will get better texture if you let the dough rise for one day in the refrigerator and then let it come back to room temperature. If you don't, then the dough will not generate enough gluten. I also add more salt. - 2/22/11
