Chicken Broth,1/4 cup
Shrimp, raw, 20 small apprx (or equivalent)
Scallops, rawr 5 small apprx
Plain Fat Free Yogurt 4 tbsp
Balsamic Vinegar 1/4 tsp appx (to taste)
Salt, 1 dash to taste
Pepper, black, 1 dash to taste
Garlic, 1 clove and 1 tsp garlic powder
Spaghetti, cooked (or other pasta), 2 cup
Place the shrimp, scallops, garlic and chicken broth in a skillet, heat over medium heat until seafood is cooked.
Stir in yogurt mix, do not let boil.
If sauce is thin, turn heat to low and in separate bowl mix a tablespoon of flour with several spoonfuls of the sauce or with water till about the consistency of milk and stir into sauce continue stirring until desired consistency.
Add pasta and stir to combine, add Parmesan cheese if desired.
