Tofu 'Cheese' sauce

Introduction

Ingredients

    100g firm tofu
    1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
    1/4 cup Olive Oil
    1 tsp Onion powder or powdered onion soup mix
    1 tsp crushed garlic

Directions

Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until fairly smooth.
Put mix into a saucepan and heat gently over a low heat until hot and smooth
Serve over veges, cooked pasta etc
