Crab Meat Stirfry

Introduction

A low fat, low sodium version of a lean cuisine. Freeze in individual servings. A low fat, low sodium version of a lean cuisine. Freeze in individual servings.

Ingredients

    2 tablespoons extra light olive oil
    1 medium onion, sliced
    2 teaspoons minced garlic
    1 package Westpac Sugar Snap Pea Stir Fry mix
    1 pound imitation crab meat
    1 tablespoon lite soy sauce

Directions

Heat olive oil in large skillet, add onion and garlic. Thaw vegetables in microwave slightly, add to onion and garlic in skillet and heat thru. Add crab meat and soy sauce and stir well. Cook until crab meat is heated thru. Serve over brown rice or pasta.

Makes 6 one cup servings.
