Oven Goulash

Ingredients

    1 lb ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    15 oz can diced tomatoes, undrained
    15 oz can corn, undrained
    2 cup elbow macaroni
    1/2 cup cheddar cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Brown ground beef with onions and green peppers; drain. Meanwhile, cook macaroni according to package directions. Add tomatoes and corn; cook until heated through. Add cooked and drained macaroni to beef mixture. Season to taste. Pour into baking dish, top with cheese, and bake for 15 minutes.
