A quick pizza recipe. Good for a lunch or snack.

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Whole Grain French Roll, 2 rolls
    Pizza Sauce, 0.5 cup
    Cooked Sliced Turkey, 4 oz
    Cheese Mozzarella Reduced Fat, 1 oz - 1/4 cup
    Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese, 1 oz - 1/4 cup
    Black Olives, canned, 4 tbsp, sliced
    Onions, 0.25 cup, sliced thin

Directions

Preheat oven to 475 degrees.

Cut rolls in half and spread pizza sauce on them.

Add turkey, cheese and vegetable toppings.

Bake for 15 minutes or when cheese is melted.
