Moroccan Tomato Soup II

Introduction

Amazingly flavorful and filling! Amazingly flavorful and filling!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Saute
    1 Onion minced
    5 Cloves garlic
    2 tbsp olive oil

    Add

    28 oz can crushed tomatoes with liquid
    1 cup peanut butter
    1 tsp cumin
    1 tsp Tabasco sauce
    1/2 tsp cayenne
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp pepper
    2 tbsp vinegar
    1/3 cup ketchup

    Add

    2 cups water or more

Directions

Saute onions and garlic in vegetable oil.

Add rest of ingredients and 2 cups of water or more if soup is too thick.

Simmer, stirring occasionally. Burns very easily.

Serves 6
