BBQ rib herb sauce (makes about a quart-enough for 6 to 8 lbs of ribs
Submitted by: MOMSCHRIEFNumber of Servings: 8
Ingredients
*Ketchup, Heinz, 2 c
Worcestershire sauce, 2 tbl
Cider Vinegar, .5 cup
Salt, 1 tsp
Pepper, black, 1 tsp
Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) grated
Garlic, 2 tbl chopped
Olive Oil, .5 cup
Mulling spice by Tastefully Simple, 1/2 cup
Directions
Mix all ingredients into a medium sized pan and heat through until all are dissolved well.
This is good for chicken, pork, burgers, baked beans.
I used it for pork ribs the last 15 minutes of the grilling time. I found this to be enough for up to 8 lbs of ribs (before they were grilled).
If you want it spicy add a little tabasco sauce or a few red pepper flakes.
