Introduction

this is a very yummy comfort food great on chilly days this is a very yummy comfort food great on chilly days
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    brummel and brown spread 5T
    flour 5T
    a few large potatos
    3c lf milk
    2c chicken broth
    and a dash of instant potatos if want thicken soup with out waiting or if you are low on potatos

Directions

You can preboil peeled diced potatos to speed process heat large pot melt brummel and brown add flour and cook for a minute slowly stir in the broth while whisking. I add milk and potatos. I add some sea salt and pepper and garlic. If precooked potatos soup will be ready almost instantly. If not cook until they are fork tender. I add some topping a bit of bacon bits cheese or low fat sour cream. :) It is delish.
