Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    lean stew beef
    onions
    mushrooms
    celery
    carrots
    parsnips
    rutabaga
    flour (or thickener substitute)
    potatoes (optional)

Directions

Melt coconut oil in a large pan. Add 3 tbs Epicure's Beef & Steak seasoning and add stew beef. Stir to brown. Add TBs of flour and stir till flour is cooked. Add a little water to start gravy

add veg, chopped and rinsed. Add water to cover and bring to boil. Turn down and simmer for 90 minutes. Serves 5
