IntroductionCasserole full of veggies, along with some crab and tuna. Casserole full of veggies, along with some crab and tuna.
Macaroni, whole-wheat, 4 cup elbow shaped (remove)
Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup (condensed), 2 cup (remove)
Peas, canned, 1 cup (remove)
Onions, raw, 1.5 cup, chopped (remove)
Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1 cup (remove)
Sandwich Toppers Hot Chopped Peppers 1 tablespoon, 1 serving (remove)
*Crab Supreme, imitation crab meat, 1 cup (remove)
*Tuna, Starkist Chunk White Albacore in Water, 2.5 serving (remove)
*Kraft Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese, 2 cup (remove)
Combine chopped veggies, soup, crab, tuna and peas.
Fold this mixture into coked and drained pasta.
Add cheese and mix lightly.
Add your favorite seasonings. We used a mix of Mrs. Dash to the recipe.
Cover and bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
Then...uncover and allow casserole to continue baking for another 15 mins.
