Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    12 large shrimp, (21 to 25 count) peeled and deveined, tails left on if desired.
    2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    dash of salt
    pinch of red pepper flakes

Directions

Preheat oven to 250 degrees F
Place shrimp in a baking dish just big enough to hold them in a single layer. Toss with olive oil, salt, and red pepper flakes.
Roast the shrimp in oven for 25 minutes, until pink and firm to touch, turning them twice during cooking.

These are good served warm or chilled.
Great on top of Salads.
