Introduction

The ONLY way my daughter will eat rice... Delicious and creamy texture, great with everything from BBQ'd beef to spicy peanut pork or chicken. Great served with pineapple as well. Ingredients

    1 cup coconut milk
    1 cup 99% fat free chicken broth
    1.5 cups medium grain rice

Directions

Follow package instructions to cook rice EXCEPT replace 1/2 the water with the coconut milk and the other half with chicken broth. Cook as directed on package; fluff with a fork and serve.
