Ravioli Toss

Introduction

This was just in the March, 2010 Cooking Light magazine and looks yummy! This was just in the March, 2010 Cooking Light magazine and looks yummy!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    18 oz. four-cheese ravioli
    2 c. broccolini
    1/2 c. sundried tomatoes (not oil packed)
    2 T. olive oil
    2 T. balsamic or red wine vinegar
    1 crused garlic clove
    1/2 t. salt
    1/4 t. black pepper
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

Cook pasta, add broccolini during lasat 5 minutes of cooking. Combine tomatoes and remaining ingredients, except the Parmesan, together and toss gently. Top with cheese.
