Vegetable Beef Barly Soup

Ingredients

    1 Lb Beef Chuck stew meat
    1/2 c Barley
    2 c Carrots, chopped
    2 c Celery, chopped
    4 c Romaine Lettuce, chopped
    2 c Onion, chopped
    4 Garlic cloves, chopped
    2 tbsp Basil, dried
    2 tbsp Parsley, dried
    2 tbsp Oregano, dried
    1 tsp Cayenne Pepper, ground
    8 c Water. filtered tap
    1 tsp Black Pepper, ground
    2 tsp Salt

Directions

Brown Beef, onions, garlic, celery in bottom of stack pot. Add all other ingredients and cook on medium heat until vegtables are soft. Simmer until barley is completely cooked. Serve with favorite multigrain bread or cracker. Enjoy
