Tortellini with Prosciutto

Introduction

Cook Tortellini according to package directions
Meanwhile in a skillet sprayed w/ cooking spray, cook prosuitto (cut up) for 2-3 min. Remove. In a separate bowl, dissolve flour in the milk and add to skillet. cook until thickened. Remove from heat and stir in Parmesan cheese. Add proscuitto and tortellini and mix.
