Chicken Salad

Ingredients

    * 2-1/2 cups diced cooked chicken
    * 4 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
    * 1 can (8 ounces) sliced water chestnuts, drained
    * 1/2 cup thinly sliced celery
    * 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
    * 1/4 cup lite mayo
    * 1/2 cup Oiko's nonfat greek yogurt
    * 1 to 2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
    * 2 teaspoons grated onion
    * 1 teaspoon lemon juice
    * 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
    * Dash Worcestershire sauce
    * Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Mix all ingredients. Chill before serving. Makes 4 1 cup servings
