Peanut Butter Banana

Ingredients

    1/2 Med. Banana

    2 Tbsp. Reduced Fat Crunchy Peanut butter ( can do smooth too)

Directions

Cut a small wedge with a butter knife out of the banana on the inside curve, lengthwise. (you can eat the part you cut out ) Then the the peanut butter inside the wedge. You can use creamy or crunchy but I prefer crunchy in this simple snack. I find this can be part of your breakfast or a morning snack as I find this is the best time to eat a heavier snack for me.
