Ingredients

    cook 1 pkg dry lentils, 8 cups water, and all above ingedients. Seasont with salt, pepper, garlic and italian seasonings to taste (for the spice lovers you may also add some tobascco sauce) Cook until lentils and vegies are soft. Remove ham hock and remove fat and bone, return meat to soup and enjoy.
