Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 lb ground beef, 93% lean
    1 small can tomato sauce
    4 oz shredded mozzerella cheese
    onions, garlic, salt, pepper, italian herbs to taste

Directions

in fooed processor or by hand, mix meat & seasonings. Between 2 pieces of wax paper, roll flat & rectangular to about 1/3" thick. Remove top wax paper, spoon 3-4 tbsp. tomato sauce & spread evening over meat. Spinkle cheese over meat. Gently lift 1 narrow edge of wax paper, tuck edge of meat over. Continue to lift wax paper, rolling meat as you go. When done rolling, it should resemble a log. Tuck ends to seal. Place in baking dish & cook for 35-45 min.
