Quaker Low Fat Carrot Muffins

Introduction

Nummy low fat muffin snacks! Nummy low fat muffin snacks!
Number of Servings: 11

Ingredients

    2&3/4 cups Quaker Low Fat Carrot Muffin mix
    1 cup & 2 tbsps Water

Directions

Preheat oven to 375F.
Lightly spray muffin tin.
Pour mix into mixing bowl.
Add water.
Stir until ingredients are well combined.
Spoon batter into muffin tins to 2/3 full.
In center of oven bake for 20-22 minutes until golden brown.
Let cool completely before removing from tin.
