Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 lb. Ground Turkey,
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    1 cup Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano,
    bulgar, 1 cup
    Water 2 cup
    beef boullion 2 cubes
    Garlic powder, 1 tbsp
    Oregano,
    Parmesan Cheese
    Pepper

Directions

Brown turkey and onion. Drain any grease. Mix in casserole dish with rest of the ingredients. Add seasonings to taste. Bake at 350 degrees uncovered for 30 to 40 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese. Makes 8 Servings.

If you want to cut calories even more, eliminate the meat all together and replace with red kidney beans. The total calorie is around 119, but the sodium goes way high and the protein is down to around 8.
