Introduction

Easy personal pizza that takes under 10 minutes to make & bake!! Great idea for get togethers, parties or just a quick meal when you're feeling lazy! Easy personal pizza that takes under 10 minutes to make & bake!! Great idea for get togethers, parties or just a quick meal when you're feeling lazy!
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1/4 Yellow Bell Pepper, diced
    1/4 Yellow Bell Pepper, strips (to serve with pizza)
    Medium Cheddar Cheese, 1oz (1 serving) shredded
    Salami, 3 slices diced
    Flatbread, 1 serving
    Olive Oil, 2 tsp

Directions

Preheat oven to 450*F. Put flatbread on cookie sheet (spray/pam not needed). Spray top of flatbread with olive oil (or rub 2tsp on it). Shred 1 ounce cheddar cheese over the bread. Top with 1/4 diced bell pepper and 3 slices diced salami. Bake for 5mins. Serve with 1/4 bell pepper strips. Serves 2. I enjoy eating this as a side with a big salad.
