Ingredients

    50 grams (about 1/2 medium) Banana, fresh, sliced, frozen
    3/4 cup Blueberries, frozen
    4 oz. Pure Coconut Milk, Silk
    1 scoop (30 grams) Jay Robb Vanilla Whey Protein Isolate
    4 oz. Water, Filtered
    Ice Cubes if needed
