Tuna Salad Wrap

Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 6.5 oz. can water packed tuna, drained
    1 small carrot, shredded
    1/4 c. chopped celery (about 1 stalk)
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    2 T. mayo
    2 green onions, chopped
    salt, pepper and I used dill to season
    4 6" flour tortillas
    4 T. non-fat cream cheese
    4 dried leaves of leafy green lettuce
    1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

Combine everything thru salt, pepper and dill. Spread 1 T. of cream cheese on the tortilla, lay a leaf of lettuce over that and spread 1/4 of the tuna on top of the lettuce. Roll tightly.
