this is the low fat version of an old favorite
the chips and dip are both included in the serving calculations
this is a large serving -almost a half of a cup of dip

Ingredients

    8 oz fat free cream cheese at room temp.
    9.75 oz canned chicken 98% fat free
    (Also good with grilled chicken for lower salt)
    1/2 cup black beans
    1 cup mild, medium or hot salsa (the thicker the better)
    2 cups low fat Mexican blend cheese
    Baked! Tostitos chips -1 serving is 14 chips

Directions

spread cream cheese evenly in the bottom of a 9x9 glass dish
remove all water from canned chicken and evenly spread over cream cheese
remove all water from canned black beans and evenly spread over chicken
drain salsa with slotted spoon and evenly spread over beans
add cheese on top
bake at 350 degrees for 10-20 minutes until dip is bubbling hot
serve hot

a serving is 14 heaping teaspoons of dip with14 chips Baked! Tostitos
