Grilled Cheese Peperoni Pizza SandwichSubmitted by: LILSTARLET
2 sices - Reduced Calorie Bread (like Sara Lee 45 calories Delightful)
10 sprays - I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Spray
2 tbsp - Marinara Sauce (I used my recipe: Tomato Sauce w/ Brandy)
1/4 cup - Part Skim Mazzarella Cheese, shredded
1 tsp - Parmesan Cheese, shredded
5 pieces - Sliced Turkey Pepperoni
Salt & Pepper to taste
2) Spread 1 tablespoon of marinara sauce on each piece of bread (on oposite side from butter).
3) Spread mazzarella cheese evenly, on side with sauce, on first piece of bread. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over mozzarella. Evenly arrange peperoni on cheese. Top with second piece of bread, sauce side down.
4) Place in heated pan and cook until cheese inside is melted and outside is golden brown.
