Introductiona very yummy treat that satifiys that craving with just one or two cookies a very yummy treat that satifiys that craving with just one or two cookies
1 stick unsalted butter, softend
1 large egg, room temp, beaten slightly
1/2 cup Splenda brown sugar blend
2 tbs splenda granular
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1+1/2 cups old fashioned oats
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tablespoon Vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 snack box raisons chopped
1+1/2 tablespoon is a cookie measurement. Place about one inch a part. They don't spread much.
Bake at 350 for 8 to 10 min depending on the oven. Watch closely. DON'T OVER BAKE! Done when edges are lightly brown.
Allow to cool on cookie sheet for 5 min before moving to a cooling rack. Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days. They freeze well up to 3 months
Makes 33 cookies, one cookie is a serving
