IntroductionMeat free Soup Meat free Soup
2 chopped onions
6 cloves garlic
2 - 8oz cans DelMonte tomato Sauce
1 tbs oregano
2 tbs fresh basil
32 oz. vegetable broth
4 - 19oz cans Progresso Cannellini Beans
salt and pepper to taste
Brown whole cloves of garlic
Add tomato sauce, onion, oregano, basil, salt & pepper - let simmer for 5 -10 minutes.
Add vegetable broth and bring to boil.
Add 4 cans cannellini beans and liquid from can.
Bring to boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
May add grated cheese to taste.
Boil small macaroni (ditalini) and add to broth when serving. Nutrition information does NOT include grated cheese or macaroni.
