Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    Fat Free Cream Cheese, 12 oz tub
    nonfat sour cream, 0.5 cup
    Lemon juice, 1 tbsp
    Worcestershire Sauce, 1.5 tsp
    Pepper, black, 0.125 tsp
    Red salmon, 1 - 14 oz can, drained, or 2 cups
    Celery, chopped, 2 tbsp
    Green Onions, chopped, 2 tbsp

Directions

Make sure cream cheese is at room temperature.

Blend the first five ingredients in the blender.

Remove skin from salmon and mash up the bones, if using canned.

Mix salmon, celery, and onions with the cream cheese mixture.

Spread on raw vegetables or whole grain crackers.

Add 1 tsp liquid smoke to add a smoked salmon taste.

Each serving is 2 tbsp.
