Introduction

Fresh Salsa Fresh Salsa
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 3 medium whole (2-3/5" dia)
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Jalapeno Peppers, 2 pepper
    Lime Juice, 1 lime yields
    Cilantro, raw, 10 tbsp
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp

Directions

Chop one bunch Cilantro fine
Chop Tomatoes, Onions in bite size piece
Chop Jalapeno one with seeds and one without (depending on how hot you like it)
Mix Cliantro, Jalapeno, Onion, Tomato mixture
Add Olive Oil and LIme to taste
Chill a coupe of hours before serving
