Chicken & Noodles with Veggies

Introduction

I modified TZIPPY04's Left-over magic chicken and noodles recipe to use low-sodium broth. I also added zucchini matchsticks. I modified TZIPPY04's Left-over magic chicken and noodles recipe to use low-sodium broth. I also added zucchini matchsticks.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 1/2 cooked chicken breast without skin, cubed (I use the leftovers from when I make a whole roasted chicken stuffed with rosemary)
    6 cups low sodium chicken broth (homemade is best)
    1 1/2 cups fresh snapped green beans
    1/2 cup carrot matchsticks
    1 1/2 cup zucchini matchsticks
    1 1/2 cups wide egg noodles

Directions

Combine all ingredients, bring to boil, cook until veggies and noodles are done.
