Number of Servings: 18

Ingredients

    1 c wheat flour
    1.5 tsp baking powder
    .5 tsp baking soda
    1 tbsp cinnimon
    2 egg whites (or 1 whole egg)
    .25 c. milk (I used nonfat)
    1 c. unsweetened apple sauce
    3 scoops chocolate whey
    3 tbsp flax seed or wheat bran (for more fiber, but it didn't really add too much.)

Directions

1. preheat oven to 350
2. mix all ingreadients together mix really well untill no chunks of protein powder are in there. Pour in cupcake tins almost full (or pour in a greased 8X4 in. pan.)
3. bake for 20-30 minutes or untill a tooth pick can be stabbed in and comes out clean.
