Introduction

My favorite thing to make for whenever. Easy and yummy! My favorite thing to make for whenever. Easy and yummy!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    *Potato
    *Pam spray
    *salt/Season salt

Directions

1. Cut potato into thin french fry shaped slices.
2. Lay on a plate in a single layer and microwave on medium for 2 minutes.
3. Spray frying pan with Pam and lay microwaved fries on the pan flat in a single layer.
4. Cook on side until brown then flip and cook until brown.
5. Transfer them to a plate and season to your own prefrences.

  • thanks for sharing, I had not thought about microwaving prior to shorten the cooking time. I will try today with our grilled chicken and steak, but may broil instead, as I will be fixing for 4 people. - 3/13/10
