Big Eaters Fresh Fruit Salad

Ingredients

    Banana, fresh, 2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)
    Kiwi Fruit, 3 fruit without skin, medium
    Pineapple, fresh, 454 grams
    Grapes, 2 cup, seedless
    Mango, Fresh (1 medium, peeled seeded 207 g), 2 serving
    California Navel Orange - medium orange (131g), 4 serving

Directions

All the fruit except grapes are peeled. I buy 1 lb. of pre-cut fresh pineapple to save time. Just cut it all up in chunks or slices into one very large bowl.

This recipe makes a HUGE bowl. My husbnd and I split it over the course of 2 days. So between the two of us it makes 4 servings, one apiece each day.

What we actually do is leave it in the fridge with a serving spoon. Any time we want a sweet snack or have a craving we have a bowl. Sometimes just a spoonful right from the fridge is all that is needed.

Incredibly, this has almost cured our candy/chocolate cravings! It feels like we are eating as much as we crave and yet works out to only 304 calories per day, a piece.
