So simple, this is a pineapple lovers delight! Summertime will not be complete without these for me! Also a great way to slip in some yogurt for the kids. Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    300 grams fresh pineapple chunks
    6 oz can of pineapple juice
    1 cup 2% milk
    1 cup lowfat yogurt
    2 tsp splenda (or to taste)

Directions

Place all ingredients in blender and blend until frothy. Pour into 10 pop forms and freeze overnight.

makes 10 1/4 cup servings
