French Cinnamon Scrambled Egg in the Basket

Introduction

This is a modified version of the Egg in the Basket Recipe. I was fooling around with the recipe and found that you can essentially make yourself an actual meal that will fill you up. Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    Egg, fresh, 4 large
    Ground Cinnamon, 2 tsp
    White Bread, 2 slices
    Butter flavored cooking spray.

Directions

Cut out the center of the two slices bread with the rim of a juice glass. Spray a small skillet or griddle with non-stick cooking spray, and turn on medium heat. Place the bread on the skillet, and crack two of the eggs in the center. While this is cooking you want to take the other two eggs and break them into a small bowl. Then take your two tsps of cinnamon and stir it in the bowl. After that, you take the two small circle slices of bread and coat it with the egg and cinnamon mix. Place it onto the skillet and cook to your liking. Next, you can take the rest of the egg mix and make it into scrambled eggs. Finally, you can serve your breakfast to yourself and your friend or loved one.

Also, if you would like, you can use syrup and no calorie no fat butter spray for extra flavor. I would recommend using the lowfat syrup. Hope everybody likes this.
