Wow. These look and taste amazing. You won't even know they are whole grain, not to mention trans-fat free.

Number of Servings: 7

Ingredients

    1 cup whole grain white flour
    1 1/2 teaspoon sugar
    1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 cup smart balance butter blend 50/50
    1/2 cup lowfat milk

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 450
2. Mix dry ingredients
3. Cut in butter blend
4. Add milk. Stir.
5. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray. Then bake for 10 minutes.


Makes about 7 tablespoon size biscuits.
