Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1.5 lbs large shrimp
    3 tbsp dijon mustard
    2 tbsp honey
    1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
    2 garlic cloves, minced

Directions

Combine the mustard, honey, lemon juice and garlic with a whisk. Brush one side of shrimp with mixture. Grill (or broil) for 2 minutes, Turn the shrimp and brush with the glaze and cook for 2 minutes or until shrimp are done.
Makes four servings.
