Homemade tuna fish salad Homemade tuna fish salad
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    2 six ounce cans chunk light tuna fish
    1 celery stalk, diced
    2 large hardboiled eggs
    1/4 cup light mayo
    2 tsp spicy brown mustard
    2 tsp pickle relish
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Mix all ingredients, refrigerate. Put on bread, toast, crackers, eat it by itself, enjoy!

Any ingredient amount can be tweaked for personal tastes. I didn't measure out the mayo, mustard, or relish, so those amounts are estimates.
