Ingredients

    2 cups-instant brown rice(cooked)
    1 bag stir fry veggies
    4 tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
    1 1lb. bag cooked and peeled shrimp
    1 tsp. olive oil
    1 clove garlic minced

Directions

in a large skillet heat oil over medium high heat
add veggies
cook 3 min
add garlic and cook 1 min
add shrimp and soy sauce heat through
add rice. stir and enjoy

makes about 4-1 and1/2 cup servings
