Introduction

Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    1 lb lean ground beef
    1 onion
    1 bell pepper
    3 cans beans, drained & rinsed
    1 can corn, drained
    1 4oz. can diced green chiles
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1 packet taco seasoning
    1 packet ranch seasoning
    1-3 T chili seasoning, to taste
    3-5 c water-to soup consistency

Directions

Brown ground beef in a large pot, and drain. While beef is browning, chop onion & bell pepper. Add to drained beef and sautee for 5 minutes or until onion softens.

Drain beans & corn, add all remaining ingredients to pot & bring to a boil, then simmer until all seasonings are dissolved.

Makes about 16 1 cup servings.
