Ingredients

    2 fillets of canned Pink Salmon, Flaked
    1 egg beaten
    2 tbsp green onions chopped
    1/2 cup bread crumbs
    Vegetable Oil or Olive Oil for frying

Directions

Over medium heat, heat oil
Combine salmon, beaten egg, green onions and 1/4 cup of the bread crumbs
Form into patties and dust with remaining bread crumbs
Fry 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
